Effectively communicate analytical findings and storytelling. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Data Scientist for the Data and Analytics CoE.** **Mission:** Generate business impact through the implementation of data analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify analytical opportunities aligned with business needs. * Access, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources. * Formulate and execute analytical experiments. * Communicate analytical findings effectively, tailoring the message to different business stakeholders through visualizations and storytelling. * Develop predictive and prescriptive models applying machine learning or optimization techniques, based on backlog use cases. * Monitor model performance in production and associated metrics, proposing adjustments or retraining when necessary. * Document processes and models. **Application Requirements:** * University graduate or undergraduate in Statistics, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. * Preferred: Diplomas or Master’s degree in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence. * Minimum 4 years of general experience in data and analytics or related areas. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data science and ML/DL model development. * Preferred experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance, or investment). * Advanced proficiency in Python (DL, ML, and data visualization libraries). * Advanced proficiency in SQL. * Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI or similar. * Knowledge of Databricks and Azure. ***This posting is open to persons with disabilities.***
