If you enjoy optimizing database environments, automating processes, solving technical challenges, and creating impact through continuous improvement, learn more here! ### **Your Challenges:** * Administer and optimize **SQL Server** environments, ensuring availability, stability, and performance. * Design and implement **automation** solutions to improve operational and technical processes. * Participate in maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities for relational databases. * Develop scripts and solutions that enhance efficiency, traceability, and activity logging. * Work across various database technologies, contributing best practices in administration and optimization. * Collaborate with development teams to build scalable and maintainable solutions. * Support technology modernization initiatives related to cloud environments and data services. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that positively impact operations and business. * Contribute to documentation, standardization, and strengthening of data management practices. ### **What We Need From You:** * Experience administering **SQL Server** databases. * Solid knowledge of **SQL** and query optimization. * Experience in database administration, maintenance, and monitoring. * Experience developing scripts or automating technical processes. * Familiarity with or experience working with **PostgreSQL**. * Experience or knowledge of cloud platforms such as **Azure** or **AWS**. * Experience with **NoSQL** technologies such as **MongoDB Atlas** or similar solutions. * Understanding of best practices for maintainability, performance, and administration of data environments. * Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams and contributing continuous improvement solutions. ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Combined responsibilities of database development and administration within a single role. * Experience automating operational tasks using scripting or automation tools. * Participation in data platform migration, modernization, or transformation projects. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and production environment optimization. ### **What We Offer:** Remote work.
