Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Electronic Engineer or Software Developer with experience in software solutions, automation, and databases to optimize internal processes. Functional and technical support for the Odoo ERP **EDUCATION:** TECHNOLOGIST OR PROFESSIONAL, SYSTEMS ENGINEER, ELECTRONIC ENGINEER OR RELATED FIELD, SOFTWARE DEVELOPER. **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 2 years of experience in software solution development and customization, process automation, database management, script creation, dashboards, reporting, and basic integrations. Desired experience includes Python, Flask, enterprise ERPs, dashboards, technical documentation, functional validation of applications, and user support during improvement and innovation initiatives. **COMPETENCIES:** 1\. Develop, customize, and document solutions in Python, Flask, databases, automation scripts, control dashboards, intelligent reports, and basic integrations aimed at optimizing internal processes. 2\. Configure, validate, and maintain software solutions deployed on local servers, test environments, or production environments, ensuring proper functionality and operational availability. 3\. Manage inventories related to software, licenses, access rights, modules, versions, implemented developments, databases, scripts, dashboards, automations, and associated technical documentation. 4\. Prepare technical analyses, comparative tables, estimates, recommendations, and justifications for software, license, platform, development tool, and related technology service acquisition, renewal, or implementation. 5\. Support the implementation of automation, data analytics, and enterprise innovation solutions, including requirements gathering, process documentation, functional testing, result validation, and user support. 6\. Maintain an organized record of requirements, tickets, evidence, diagnostics, tests performed, implemented adjustments, recommendations, and case closures in accordance with the guidelines of the development, software, and innovation department. 7\. Diagnose, document, and escalate functional and technical failures associated with applications, internal systems, in-house developments, automations, control dashboards, and software integrations. 8\. Analyze, correct, and validate basic and recurring incidents in corporate applications, including operational errors, loading failures, functional slowness, user permissions, data inconsistencies, and case traceability within software. 9\. Provide functional and technical support for the Odoo ERP, including user validation, permissions, modules, workflows, operational errors, reporting, traceability, and support for internal users. **TOOLS REQUIRED:** Visual Studio, GitHub, Git Bash, React, Python, HTML, CSS, SQL, MySQL, Machine Learning
