The Position The person in this position performs scheduled and corrective technical service activities, based on global and local guidelines, to ensure the proper functioning of Roche instruments and reduce downtime caused by instrument failures. This role maintains constant communication with hospitals, clinical laboratories, distributors, system integrators, suppliers, and others. **About Our Opportunity:** **Key responsibilities of the role include:** * Execute preventive maintenance protocols for instruments distributed by Roche Products S.A., in accordance with annual maintenance schedules established for this purpose. * Perform corrective maintenance on instruments installed at customer sites. * Maintain impeccable spare parts inventory management. * Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the operation of instruments distributed by Roche Products S.A. * Carry out all necessary activities aimed at achieving local and global technical service objectives related to instruments distributed by Roche Products S.A. * Actively participate in initiatives designed to strengthen the reputation of Roche Products S.A. * Stimulate an agile work culture by developing the required agility mindset and implementing new ways of working to succeed in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. * Comply with requirements of the Quality Management System. * Other duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor. **Your Profile:** The person in this position possesses an agile, innovative, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a strong customer focus. Experience with IVD diagnostic equipment is highly desirable. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Customer service orientation. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
