Position Summary: Expertos Consulting is seeking a strategic and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to comprehensively lead finance operations and serve as a key partner to General Management. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER — EXPERTOS CONSULTING Location: Bogotá Work Mode: On-site / hybrid, depending on experience Salary: To be agreed upon Reports to: General Management About the Role At Expertos Consulting, we seek a CFO who will become a true partner to General Management and possess the capability to comprehensively lead the company’s finance function. We are looking for a strategic, analytical, organized, trustworthy, and leadership-oriented individual capable of understanding the commercial business and transforming financial information into concrete decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance, treasury, and financial planning functions. Manage and forecast the company’s cash flow. Develop budgets, financial projections, and scenarios. Analyze profitability by customer, product, bank, and campaign. Control costs, expenses, and administrative structure. Design financial KPIs and management dashboards. Oversee payments, collections, accounts receivable, and financial obligations. Manage and strengthen relationships with banking institutions. Analyze commission structures and their impact on profitability. Collaborate closely with Accounting, Human Resources, Commercial, and Technology departments. Identify opportunities to improve margins and cash flow. Support Management in investment, growth, and financing decisions. Prepare financial information for the Board of Directors and corporate governance. Lead and develop the finance team. Ensure appropriate internal controls and mitigate financial risks. Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 8+ years of professional experience. Minimum 3–5 years leading finance functions. Experience in service, commercial, financial, or high-volume transactional companies. Proven experience in cash flow management, treasury, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Demonstrated experience working directly with Management or Senior Leadership. Desirable: Experience in the financial sector, banking, payroll services, or financial services. Advanced Excel proficiency. Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
