Ensure compliance with scope, timelines, costs, and customer satisfaction A leading technology company with over 14 years in the market, dedicated to manufacturing, implementation, design, and innovation of various technologies including access control, CCTV, drones, anti\-drones, and other solutions deployed across energy, aerospace, telecommunications, and defense sectors. **Projects and Services Engineer – Electronic Security** On\-site mode \| Full\-time We seek a professional to lead the **strategic direction of electronic security projects**, ensuring proper contract execution under criteria of **profitability, compliance, and quality**. **What will be your purpose?** You will be responsible for **planning, directing, and controlling projects** related to **CCTV, access control, and perimeter security solutions**, guaranteeing compliance with **scope, timelines, costs**, and customer satisfaction. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead **strategic project planning** (resources, schedules, risks). * Define the **technical approach** for electronic security solutions. * Direct contract execution, ensuring compliance and profitability. * Manage stakeholders and maintain direct client relationships. * Monitor project indicators and make decisions in response to deviations. * Ensure delivery quality and successful project closure. * Support tender processes and technical proposal structuring. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Electromechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * \+4 years leading projects (\>$500 MM COP). * Experience in **electronic security** (CCTV, access control, system integration). * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects. * Strategic mindset, decision\-making capability, and results orientation. **Bonus points if you have:** * Experience in the **aerospace sector or critical infrastructure**. * Participation in tender processes or public contracts. **What we value** Leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication, and execution capability in demanding environments.
