Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to provide support for control systems on physical and virtual platforms, manage network, cybersecurity configurations, and technically lead teams. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and leadership for control systems and cybersecurity. 2. Configuration management and commissioning of networking systems. 3. Professional development in a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide support for the installed base of Control Systems on both physical and virtual infrastructure, as well as process control. Support network equipment configurations for the organization, as well as for other regions across the Americas. Provide technical leadership to in-house configuration engineers from various centers of excellence supporting regional operations. **Your responsibilities for this role will include:** * Support for Control Systems on Virtualized and/or Physical Platforms; * Configuration, Support, and Commissioning of Networking Systems; * Configuration, Support, and Commissioning of Cybersecurity Systems; * Technical Leadership for PEM-related tasks; * Technical Leadership for in-house activities related to the above-described tasks; * Configuration tasks related to in-house engineering for Control, Communications, and Cybersecurity; * Commissioning tasks for the above-mentioned topics, performed by less experienced engineers; * Effective communication between maintenance support structures and customers (SureService and Guardian Support); * Administrative and financial oversight of Project Managers. **Who You Are:** You anticipate customer needs and deliver services that exceed their expectations. You stay continuously informed about technological advancements.
