Therefore,***we have an employment inclusion policy promoting the hiring of persons with disabilities who meet the position requirements*** Join Zurich and become part of our team as an **Infrastructure Manager!** **Your objective will be to** lead technological infrastructure, on\-premise and cloud data centers, help desk services, network architecture, resilience, automation, collaborative platforms, and SRE. Define and implement modernization, security, observability, cloud migration (7 R), ITSM/ITIL, business continuity, and operational excellence strategies. Responsibilities: * Define the technology vision aligned with corporate and industry objectives (ITIL, ITSM, SRE, cloud, automation, resilience, banking and insurance, FinOps). * Manage multicultural teams and international projects, communicating in English. * Oversee on\-premise and cloud data centers, network architecture (switches, routers), automation, observability (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor), and advanced security. * Lead migrations applying the 7 R framework, considering risks, regulations, priorities, and FinOps-driven financial optimization.
