Risk management and technical team leadership Initiative Coordinator Education Professional background in: * Social Sciences * Psychology * Social Work * Public Administration * Law * Public Health * Community Development * Political Science Experience Minimum three years in: * Social project coordination. * International cooperation. * Agreements with international organizations. * Indicator management. * Report preparation. * Financial monitoring. Responsibilities In addition to the above: * Monitor indicator compliance. * Coordinate the technical team. * Conduct budgetary follow-up. * Manage risks. * Lead technical meetings. * Ensure adherence to the schedule. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct technical and operational monitoring of all project activities. * Ensure that food services, showers, and dignity kits are delivered under rights-based and harm reduction approaches. * Consolidate progress and final reports (technical and financial) following UNDP Annex B format. * Represent the initiative before municipal authorities and coordinate dissemination of the Methodological Guide.
