Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) on site, in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and implement the OSHMS on site
2. Train and coordinate occupational safety and health (OSH) teams
3. Ensure legal compliance and conduct inspections
**Purpose of the Position:**
Guarantee implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) at the assigned construction site, in accordance with defined corporate guidelines.
**Core Responsibilities:**
· Update the hazard and risk matrix according to the site's needs.
· Ensure implementation, monitoring, and control of OSH policies, objectives, targets, management programs, work plans, and activities, aligned with the site's requirements.
· Jointly define, with the site engineer or supervisor, safety procedures, ensuring their dissemination, implementation, and compliance.
· Train project directors, site residents, and OSH team members on the entire SG\-SST documentation structure.
· Ensure compliance with applicable OSH legal requirements for the assigned site.
· Promptly report unsafe conditions or acts affecting proper safety and health management and project progress to the OSHMS responsible person.
· Participate in follow-up and control committees to ensure adherence to the activity and OSH schedule at the assigned site.
· Carry out scheduled inspections at the assigned site, identifying necessary preventive or corrective actions and tracking their closure.
· Coordinate with the primary OSH team to execute field activities and scheduled trainings for each construction site**. Among other duties.**

**Education and Qualifications:**
· Valid OSH license
· 50/20-hour OSHMS course
· 40-hour advanced height work course OR 32-hour authorized worker course
· Safe Work at Heights Coordinator course
**Experience:**
· Minimum 2 years of experience as an OSH Analyst and/or Professional
**Education:**
· Technician or graduate degree in Occupational Safety and Health
