We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Internal Communications** team at **Marsh.** This role will be based in **Bogotá, Colombia**. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the Marsh office.
The **Internal Communications Specialist** leads the internal communications strategy for multiple countries across the region, ensuring alignment with business strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing the colleague experience. You will serve as a strategic leadership partner driving change initiatives, transformation, engagement, and key message positioning within the North Cluster (Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, and Puerto Rico).
**You will be responsible for:**
* Advising CEOs and leadership teams on defining and executing communication plans for strategic initiatives.
* Designing and implementing North Cluster campaigns that strengthen culture, engagement, and colleague sense of belonging.
* Allocating resources and supporting the management of digital and online communications delivery in accordance with business/function/corporate direction and strategy to strengthen employee understanding and engagement.
* Building relationships with subject matter experts, internal clients, and stakeholders to share and promote ideas, align them with business needs, and develop targeted campaigns.
* Participating in the review process with internal subject matter experts, stakeholders, legal/compliance leaders, and executives to ensure accuracy of communication materials.
* Designing, planning, developing, and executing approved communication plans and strategies aligned with a broader messaging strategy and internal brand to help educate, inform, and engage employees.
* Managing assigned internal professional and support staff to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
* Interacting with company vendors as needed regarding communication processes and procedures, and providing routine direction to agency and vendor relationships in support of communication plans and strategies.
* Providing input on communication project budgets, obtaining competitive estimates, and reviewing expenditures to ensure budgetary expectations are met.
**What you need to have:**
* Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration
* Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications within global financial or insurance sector enterprises.
* **English proficiency: Advanced**
