Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator Wildo Distribuciones – Cali At **Wildo Distribuciones**, we are looking for a **Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator** with experience in team leadership, operations organization, and continuous improvement. We are not merely seeking someone to manage a warehouse; we seek an individual who identifies opportunities, optimizes processes, and contributes to the company’s growth. Salary * Between **$2\.300\.000 and $3\.000\.000**, based on experience and achievement of performance indicators through a commission plan. Schedule * Monday to Friday: **8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.** * Saturdays: **until noon** Requirements * Minimum **2 years of experience** in logistics, warehousing, or distribution centers. * Experience leading work teams. * Proficiency in Excel. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Honesty and sense of responsibility. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Focus on continuous process improvement. Responsibilities * Lead the warehouse team (2 people). * Supervise order picking and dispatch. * Ensure timely and error-free deliveries. * Coordinate receipt and inspection of goods from suppliers. * Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts. * Maintain an organized warehouse and optimize logistics processes. * Coordinate courier and transportation services. * Manage returns. * Operate the Siigo system. * Monitor performance indicators. * Train staff as needed. * Resolve operational incidents and internal complaints. * Redistribute team responsibilities according to operational needs. * Ensure departmental objectives are met.
