Within our Corporate Business team, you will develop diverse competencies, interact with internal and external clients, and support strategic processes—all aimed at achieving organizational objectives. **Requirements:** Law graduate with 2 years of experience advising on and representing clients in corporate law matters, preferably gained at top-tier law firms within Corporate (corporate law and contracts) teams. **English:** B2 or higher **Responsibilities:** * Manage corporate law processes * Prepare necessary documents for client representation * Draft legal opinions and memoranda on various corporate law matters * Administer assigned processes.
