Requirements * Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in industrial maintenance**, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. * Experience leading work teams. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Proficiency with industrial equipment, HVAC systems, critical utilities, and laboratory equipment. * Knowledge of **BPM, equipment calibration and qualification, and document management**. * Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and maintenance KPIs.
