If you want to be part of a solid organization with a proven track record and an innovative vision… we are looking for you! **Job Mission:** Carry out activities related to the installation, adaptation, and maintenance of physical, technological, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe and functional spaces aligned with the organization’s quality standards. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Main responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established plan. Inspect electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and HVAC systems. Diagnose failures and perform timely repairs. Verify operation of pumps, electrical panels, UPS systems, and backup generators. Perform basic tasks in electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and light civil works. Record activities in established formats (MANTUM, equipment life records, tickets). Accompany external vendors during specialized maintenance. Manage inventory of tools and supplies. Comply with industrial safety protocols and PPE usage requirements. Support contingency plans and scheduled inspections. Provide courteous and effective service to users. **Requirements:** Required Profile Technical or technological degree in industrial maintenance, electricity, electromechanics, or related fields. **Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions**, performing these functions. Knowledge and experience in Horizontal Property (certified). Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems. Responsible, proactive individual with a service-oriented mindset.
