Job Description We are seeking an **Observability Engineer** to ensure the optimal operation of the observability platform, guaranteeing availability, performance, and effective visualization of critical business information. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain data ingestion and transformation (ETL) pipelines for the analytical Data Lake (Logstash, Beats). * Administer, operate, and monitor the health, performance, and capacity of **Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK)**. * Build, maintain, and optimize **observability dashboards in Kibana**. * Participate in **SRE activities**, including tuning, scalability, and resolution of incidents related to platform availability and latency. **Technical Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** managing and operating large-scale observability platforms. * Advanced proficiency in **Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash / Filebeat)**. * Solid expertise in **Elasticsearch DSL** and **regular expressions (Regex)** for log parsing. * Experience in **Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**. * Knowledge of **Docker and Kubernetes**, applied to agent management. * **Valid professional license**. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on high-impact technology projects. * Collaborative and challenging work environment. * Life insurance and health insurance policies.
