VACANCY – OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR **Company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of advertising signage, wayfinding systems, and large-format printing seeks an Operational Coordinator.** We seek an **organized, dynamic, and leadership-capable individual** who can coordinate and monitor various production and installation processes—from requirement receipt through final delivery to the client. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor production orders. * Schedule and coordinate activities related to **manufacturing, printing, finishing, and installation**. * Review files and artwork prior to sending them for production. * Interpret **technical drawings, measurements, scales, and specifications**. * Perform and verify measurements for manufacturing. * Manage and review files in **CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or other design software**. * Coordinate the work of production and installation personnel. * Monitor materials, delivery timelines, and project progress. * Verify work quality prior to dispatch or installation. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and operational staff as needed. * Prepare or review material lists and production requirements. * Support resolution of issues arising during manufacturing or installation. Requirements * Experience in **advertising signage, digital printing, wayfinding, outdoor advertising, or related fields**. * Proficiency in **CorelDRAW** and/or Adobe Illustrator. * Knowledge of **scales, measurements, technical drawings, and blueprint reading**. * Ability to interpret designs and translate them into production requirements. * Proficiency in office productivity tools. * Strong organizational and task-tracking skills. * Ability to coordinate personnel and work under pressure. * Availability to handle production- and installation-related situations. Desirable * Experience in manufacturing **illuminated signs, light boxes, 3D letters, acrylic, PVC, ACM/Alucobond, banners, and metal structures**. * Knowledge of materials and printing/finishing processes. * Experience coordinating on-site installations. * Basic knowledge of material costs and quantities. Candidate Profile An individual who **does not merely follow instructions**, but can understand technical drawings, verify measurements, detect errors before production, organize necessary resources, and monitor progress until project completion.
