**Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational requests, validating information and documentation, performing quality controls, tracking processes on corporate platforms, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will actively participate in initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and transformation to enhance the business’s operational efficiency. **How You’ll Make an Impact**
* Comprehensively manage operational processes related to policy issuance, renewal, modification, cancellation, and updates—ensuring the quality and accuracy of recorded information.
* Validate and analyze documentation, supporting materials, and requirements necessary for proper policy administration and insurance-related changes, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
* Execute back-office activities associated with insurance operations while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and SLA compliance.
* Ensure information integrity and quality by identifying inconsistencies and performing appropriate validations before processing.
* Participate in quality controls, audits, and operational reviews to ensure compliance with industry regulatory policies, procedures, and standards.
* Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation of policy administration processes—contributing to operational efficiency and transformation.
* Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and technological enhancements aimed at optimizing insurance operational management.
* Escalate complex cases, incidents, or situations that may impact customer experience, regulatory compliance, or operational continuity—promptly and appropriately.
**About You**
* Technician or graduate in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
* 1–2 years of experience in operational, administrative, customer service, or back-office roles.
* Experience in document management, information validation, and process tracking.
* Experience in insurance, financial, or service sectors is desirable.
* Proficiency in office productivity tools and information management.
* Attention to detail, customer orientation, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.
