Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Analyst to support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the OSH Management System (OSH-MS) in a company with experience in manufacturing or services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the OSH-MS. 2. Conduct accident investigations and design training programs. 3. Manage hazard matrices and coordinate prevention campaigns. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Analyst A reputable company is seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Analyst to support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS). Requirements * Professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health. * Valid OSH license. * Updated 50-hour OSH course and 20-hour refresher training. * Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or service sector companies. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for on-site work. Responsibilities * Conduct investigations of serious workplace accidents and develop action plans. * Report and track occupational incidents and accidents. * Design and deliver training on Occupational Safety and Health topics. * Support documentation, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the OSH-MS. * Manage hazard identification matrices and risk assessment. * Conduct safety inspections and monitor working conditions. * Support occupational disease management. * Attend visits by the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL) and regulatory oversight entities. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Coordinate promotion and prevention campaigns. * Manage the distribution and control of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support quality processes under ISO 9001 guidelines. Conditions * Contract type: Fixed-term employment contract. * Salary: $2,500,000 + transportation allowance. * Working hours: Monday 8 AM–5 PM; Saturdays 8 AM–12 PM. * Location: Bogotá–Castellana. * Work mode: On-site.
