Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Required qualifications: Professional degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading payroll processes, including specific experience with ZEUS. Must possess solid knowledge of payroll calculation, social benefits, social security, parafiscal contributions, vacations, medical leaves, personnel changes, final settlements, and current labor regulations. Experience in electronic payroll management, labor audits, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports will be valued. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with payroll software are mandatory. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, leadership, organizational skills, results orientation, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee payments.
