Job Summary: We are seeking Planning Analysts/Assistants with experience in logistics, production, or operations to support processes, generate reports, and analyze information for decision-making. Analyze information for decision-making **Planning Analyst / Assistant** We are looking for 2 individuals to strengthen our Planning Team. If you have experience in logistical, production, or operational processes and possess analytical skills, this opportunity is for you. **Academic Qualifications** Technical or Technologist degree in: * Business Administration * Logistics * Production * Related fields **Experience** Minimum 1–2 years in roles related to: * Operations planning * Logistics * Production * Operational process monitoring and control **Main Responsibilities** * Support operational planning and scheduling processes. * Monitor compliance with production and operations plans. * Prepare and update management reports. * Analyze information for decision-making. * Control and consolidate databases. * Monitor management indicators. * Generate required reports and documents for the department. * Provide administrative and operational support to planning processes. **Required Knowledge** * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Management indicator (KPI) handling. * Operational scheduling and control. * Database handling and analysis. * Office productivity tools. **Competencies** * Numerical analysis. * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Information management capability. **Employment Conditions** * Contract type: Project-based employment * Working hours: Flexible * Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience and profile.
