**Mission**:
Ensure comprehensive oversight of cybersecurity management by integrating projects, metrics, budget, vendors, contracts, service levels, and payments associated with cybersecurity services. This role delivers reliable executive-level information to the corporate forum and supports timely execution of security initiatives with financial control, traceability, and alignment to the organization’s strategic, regulatory, and operational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Monitor the cybersecurity projects and initiatives portfolio, coordinating with technical leads, vendors, and the corporate cybersecurity team.
* Consolidate and prepare the company’s cybersecurity management report for the corporate forum.
* Coordinate development of the annual cybersecurity budget and monitor budget execution.
* Manage cybersecurity services, including vendor onboarding, contractual formalization, SLA monitoring, and improvement plans.
* Monitor the administrative lifecycle of services, including purchase orders, invoice receipt, service acceptance, and payment processing.
**Position Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related technology and management fields.
* Preferred specialization or training in Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Project Management, Finance, Technology Risk, or Service Management.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity project/service management, information security, technology, vendor management, budgeting, or IT governance.
* Proven experience in project tracking, executive reporting, metric consolidation, and cross-functional team coordination.
* Experience in vendor management processes, contracts, renewals, purchase orders, SLAs, invoices, and payment tracking.
* Advanced Excel skills for budgetary control, tracking databases, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools for executive dashboards.
* Executive PowerPoint skills for corporate forum reporting.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar initiative-tracking tools.
* Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
* Experience in budget management, forecasting, execution, and financial control.
* Knowledge of the full lifecycle of technology and cybersecurity projects.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
* Understanding of technology risk, regulatory compliance, auditing, and third-party management.
* Reference frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, COBIT, ITIL, and service management best practices. (preferred)
* Cybersecurity governance and metric management. (preferred)
* Vendor or service management tools. (preferred)
* Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments. (preferred)
