Therefore, we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply for our opportunities. **What You’ll Do** The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for ensuring proper management, reconciliation, and analysis of the customer portfolio, contributing to financial data accuracy, timely payment recovery, and organizational credit risk mitigation. This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Managing customer portfolio tracking and recovery to maintain adequate cash flow. * Performing monthly portfolio and assigned accounting reconciliations. * Timely and accurate recording and application of customer payments and advances in SAP. * Participating in monthly and annual financial closing processes per corporate policies. * Analyzing customer creditworthiness to recommend credit limits and payment terms. * Preparing and analyzing portfolio impairment calculations to ensure financial data accuracy. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management, accounts receivable, credit and collections, or similar roles. * Experience in portfolio reconciliations, collection management, and payment application. * Experience using SAP BO or similar ERP systems. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for financial analysis and reporting. **We Offer** * Flexible work hours. * Onboarding and training programs. * A collaborative team ready to support you. * Professional development and growth opportunities within a global organization.
