The professional is expected to demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments, work autonomously and collaboratively, and actively contribute to the organization’s digital maturity. Among other responsibilities, the professional will assume the following: Solution Development * Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). * Create and optimize complex workflows in Power Automate, including integrations with external systems via connectors and REST APIs. * Implement chatbots and conversational agents using Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents). * Manage and configure external portals using Power Pages. Integration and Microsoft 365 Ecosystem * Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverse, Azure AD, and Azure services. * Administer environments, managed/unmanaged solutions, and platform governance in the Power Platform Admin Center. * Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices using CI/CD pipelines and version control. Collaboration and Leadership * Actively participate in requirements gathering with business stakeholders. * Propose continuous improvements, development standards, and technical documentation. * Mentor and support junior team members. * Assess and manage technical risks associated with solutions under their responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3–4 years of experience developing with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). * Knowledge of premium connectors, custom connectors, and gateway management. * Experience working with Microsoft 365 / Azure environments in real-world projects. * Participation in migration, optimization, or refactoring processes of existing solutions. * Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizations in Power Apps and Power Pages. * Understanding of data architecture: dimensional modeling, relationships, and naming best practices. * Knowledge of security concepts: roles, privileges, authentication with Azure AD / Entra ID. * Desired: Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Power Automate Desktop (RPA) **Academic Background** * University or technical degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
