Promotion of an innovation culture and emerging technologies. **PROFESSIONAL DESIGN THINKER** **Your Mission:** Design and support the implementation of innovative solutions using the Design Thinking methodology, contributing to digital transformation and continuous improvement of products and services. Actively collaborate in co\-creation with multidisciplinary teams to develop user-centered experiences, participating in software projects, product management, project management, and innovation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in coordinating digital transformation and innovation initiatives, supporting communication between business and operational areas, as well as implementing design, agile, and innovation methodologies to understand problems and needs. * Actively participate in applying innovation methodologies, contributing to identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing development needs, and proposing creative solutions under senior team supervision. * Collaborate in promoting an innovation culture, supporting the organization and facilitation of workshops, trainings, and activities that foster creative thinking and adoption of emerging technologies. * Support the implementation of strategic alliances, collaborating in integrating digital ecosystems that facilitate innovation and transformation processes according to company needs. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Academic Background:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. **Experience:** * 1 year participating in software development projects with AI implementations. **Knowledge:** * Software Development. * Advanced proficiency in Python or Node.js/Go. * Experience consuming GCP APIs for AI implementations. * Innovation and Design Thinking methodologies. * Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Project and Product Management. * Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies.
