Promote agile methodologies and best practices in project management. **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in digital transformation projects and cloud environments, capable of leading strategic technology programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget. You will be responsible for integrating Architecture, Commercial, and Operations areas, ensuring efficient execution throughout the entire project lifecycle—from planning and kickoff to closure and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead governance and end-to-end management of technology migration and transformation programs. * Manage the project roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. * Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third parties involved in implementation. * Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impacts. * Define, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead executive and operational committees with clients and stakeholders. * Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverable compliance. * Promote adoption of agile methodologies and best practices in project management. * Ensure effective communication across all involved areas and maintain strong customer orientation. **Work Modality** Hybrid. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading technology projects. * Proven experience in Cloud Computing and data management projects. * Experience leading digital transformation programs. * Scrum Master certification or other project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar). * Experience working with agile methodologies. * Knowledge of AWS services and architectures. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. * Experience in budget management, scheduling, and KPI tracking. * Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Competencies** * Service-oriented attitude. * Customer orientation. * Leadership and collaborative work. * Effective communication. * Planning and organization. * Risk management. * Results orientation. * Negotiation and decision-making ability.
