Position Summary:
Professional responsible for designing, evaluating, and supervising projects, agreements, and relationships with public and private entities, ensuring objective achievement and proper budget execution.

**Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and present projects; evaluate and monitor agreements and relationships with institutions and companies in the private and/or public sectors to ensure achievement of objectives, targets, and outcomes of the entity, in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
* Support the implementation of projects approved by national and/or international private and/or public funders, ensuring proper budget execution, fulfillment of project objectives, and submission of respective reports.
* Conduct a needs assessment of current requirements and propose, present, and develop improvements to the entity’s plans, programs, and projects, in line with established guidelines.
* Evaluate the feasibility of projects, agreements, and relationships with institutions and companies in the private and/or public sectors through technical studies, for consideration and subsequent approval by management, in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines.
**Academic Qualifications**
University professional degree in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Management, Law, or related disciplines aligned with the specific responsibilities of this position.
* Professional license as required by current regulations.
**Experience**
Minimum two (2) years of professional experience related to the responsibilities of this position.
