Full responsibility for tax obligations and accounting closings **Job Title:** General Accountant \- Accounting Leadership and KPIs (Commercial / Dermocosmetic Sector) **Location:** Bogotá, D.C. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term (Professional \- Trust and Management Role) **Job Summary:** At **J\&F Global Net**, we are seeking a **General Accountant** to lead, control, and analyze the company's financial, accounting, and tax-related information. We seek a candidate with strong analytical judgment, results orientation, and experience in indicator-based management (KPIs). **Minimum Requirements:** * **Degree:** Public Accountancy with a valid Professional License. * **Experience:** * Minimum 4 years of general accounting experience. * Minimum 2–3 years as a General Accountant or accounting team leader. * **Technical Knowledge:** Monthly closings, IFRS, taxes (Income Tax, VAT, ICA, Withholding Taxes, Exogenous Report), shareholder income tax returns, inventory/cost accounting, and coordination with the External Auditor. * **Tools:** Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas). Familiarity with World Office and Power BI is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead monthly accounting closings and issuance of Financial Statements. * Prepare, review, and file all tax obligations. * Manage and coordinate the company’s and shareholders’ income tax returns (with strict confidentiality). * Supervise reconciliation of inventories, costs, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Populate, analyze, and propose solutions based on departmental management indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with digital archiving policies and document traceability. * Supervise the team of assistants/analysts under direct responsibility. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and management control perspective. * Organizational skills and documentary discipline. * Ability to work under tight closing deadlines. **How to Apply?** Attach your updated resume with your contact information.
