Responsible for comprehensive validation of applications and services. **Job Description** ------------------- **Senior Functional QA (Spark / PL/SQL)** ======================================= We are looking for a **Functional QA Analyst** with experience in software testing, application validation, and quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for executing functional tests, identifying test scenarios, and ensuring the correct operation of applications while guaranteeing data integrity and consistency. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree, technologist, or technician in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years since graduation. * Minimum of 4 years of specific experience in software testing. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Understand complex software applications to identify test cases and functional scenarios. * Design and execute functional tests to ensure application quality. * Validate consistency between application functionality and data stored in databases. * Identify, document, and track incidents and findings discovered during testing. * Participate in the validation of services and system integrations. * Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and processes for projects. **Required Knowledge** ---------------------------- * Software functional testing. * Database queries and validations using **PL/SQL**. * Knowledge of **Apache Spark**. * Validation of **REST** and **SOAP** services. **Tools and Technologies** ------------------------------ * Postman * SoapUI * JMeter * Appium * SQL / PL\-SQL * REST and SOAP services
