Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in leading metallurgical-mechanical projects, focused on the management and supervision of industrial erection activities, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements. Dynamic individual with leadership and decision-making capabilities A metallurgical-mechanical company specializing in industrial maintenance and manufacturing requires a Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering professional for its team, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading storage tank erection projects, responsible for overseeing proper project execution and ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and client requirements. **Dynamic individual with leadership skills, decision-making ability, and excellent interpersonal relationship management.** Responsibilities: * Participate in project planning and execution, performing performance analysis and calculations, and delivering technical/economic proposals. * Lead and supervise project execution across construction, technical, and operational phases, identifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout the process. * Ensure work complies with contractual, economic, technical standards, and management system requirements. * Handle administrative aspects of the project (financial information, procedures, laws or regulations, and interaction with clients, suppliers, contractors, and operational staff). * Support project oversight across various stages (formulation, development, technical, administrative) as required by the client. * Contribute to the fulfillment and continuous improvement of the integrated management system. Specific Knowledge: \- Knowledge of metallurgical-mechanical processes (welding symbols, measuring instruments, blueprint reading, API 650 standards) \- Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks Experience: 5 years Contract Type: Project-based employment Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
