Job Summary: Responsible for selling and supporting customers of industrial and specialized chemical products, ensuring repeat purchases and strengthening commercial relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Sale of industrial and specialized chemical products. 2. Telephone support and commercial visits to customers. 3. Post-sales follow-up and prospecting of new customers. **Your mission will be to:** Ensure the sale of industrial and specialized chemical products to your assigned portfolio through telephone support and occasional commercial visits. Provide timely support to your assigned customers, ensure product delivery, and deliver post-sales service to secure repeat purchases. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** * Telephone sales of chemical products to the customer portfolio assigned by the area leader. * Responding promptly to incoming requests. * Conducting follow-up activities to ensure repeat purchases, introduce new products, and understand all purchasing influencers within the Company. * Performing post-sales follow-up with customers to strengthen commercial relationships. * Prospecting to acquire new customers and recover lost customers. * Effectively planning forecasts to meet the requirements of your assigned customers. **Profile we require:** **Location: Tenjo/Medellín** **Education and Training** * Technician/Technologist/Professional in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in industries related to chemical distribution or aligned with Conquimica’s business. *Conquimica provides equal employment opportunities to qualified candidates and employees of all backgrounds and identities, fostering a workplace that values diversity because it builds a resilient and more innovative organization.
