Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Loss Prevention Assistant with experience in security surveillance to strengthen safety, protect assets, and assist customers and colleagues at Flamingo Stores. Do you have surveillance experience, a passion for service, and the ability to respond promptly to various situations? **This opportunity may be for you!** At **Flamingo Stores**, we are looking for a **Loss Prevention Assistant** to strengthen our security processes, support our customers and colleagues, and contribute to protecting the company's resources. **What will be your mission?** Support **loss prevention and reduction** within the store by assisting internal and external customers during incidents and ensuring compliance with security protocols and emergency response procedures. **What tasks will you perform?** * **Verify** store security conditions using opening and closing checklists. * **Promptly report** any incidents identified during the shift to CCTV and **follow** instructions from media operators. * **Accompany** cash collection from checkout stations and **notify** CCTV upon commencement and completion of the process. * **Respond** to first-aid calls (Code White), providing timely assistance to customers and colleagues. * **Participate** in emergency brigade trainings and activities. * **Properly operate and maintain** assigned security equipment. **What do you need to apply?** * **High school graduate.** * Courses or training in **basic first aid and/or occupational health**. * **Valid private security and surveillance course.** * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in security and surveillance. * Customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and willingness to work as part of a team. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Sunday to Sunday. * **Rest day:** 1 day per week. * **Shifts:** Rotating opening and closing shifts, aligned with each store’s operational needs. * **WORK LOCATION: FLAMINGO ARMENIA** Join the Flamingo family!
