We are searching for the next Senior Multi-Category Planning Analyst **(Position in Tocancipá)**. This role aims to guarantee efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistics processes associated with the production and market launch of Coca\-Cola FEMSA Colombia’s multi-pack portfolio, ensuring timely material availability and correct implementation of commercial initiatives—maintaining operational continuity, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to internal and external customer satisfaction. If you’re ready for a new challenge and meet the job requirements, apply now! **Profile:** Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. **Experience:** 1 year **Technical Knowledge:** Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency **Job Responsibilities:** 1\. Plan and optimize multi-pack production, ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to operational plans, and proper execution of inventory policies per SKU. 2\. Coordinate operational planning with packagers to ensure timely scheduling of multi-pack assembly and appropriate resource management, aligning operations with commercial initiative requirements. * Timely perform optimization processes in planning tools (JDA, BI), considering established inventory policies for each SKU. * Daily coordination of planning with each packager’s operations, ensuring proper resource usage (planning based on productivity metrics). * Review Fast Track requests submitted by the Commercial and Customer Service teams. * Guarantee scheduling and assembly of SKUs for initiatives/launches. * Update assembly planning formats for each operation (operations’ Excel files). 3\. Ensure material and supply availability for multi-pack assembly by issuing purchase requisitions, requesting quotations, and updating inventories per established policies, minimizing obsolescence risks. 4\. Manage multi-pack material migrations and updates (artwork, type, or specification), ensuring validity of documentation and accurate recording of assembly processes. * Identify material procurement requirements (corrugated cardboard, strapping, shrink wrap, corrugated boxes, folding cartons) per each material’s inventory policy. * Issue material quotation requests as required per established procedures. * Generate purchase orders and update delivery schedules. * Coordinate artwork/material-type migrations, minimizing inventory obsolescence resulting from such changes. * Request creation of new materials. * Supervise development and updating of assembly instructions, ensuring their dissemination and application across relevant operations. 5\. Ensure correct execution of multi-pack initiatives and launches, guaranteeing availability of required materials, inventories, and logistics resources to meet established deadlines. * Actively participate in annual initiative/launch planning and execution processes. * Ensure material availability as defined per initiative. * Guarantee inventory availability per initiative through coordination with Distribution and Transportation teams: request distribution/freight per briefing and monitor progress. * Manage development of instructions according to required specifications. 6\. Generate operational and performance reports. * Develop and maintain planning and performance reports, providing accurate and timely information for decision-making and results tracking.
