This role includes: * Technical design of highly complex solutions. * Integration architecture with legacy systems. * Definition of team coding standards and best practices. * Guidance and mentoring for Junior and Medium Developers. * Leadership in data migration processes. * Configuration and management of Salesforce Shield. * Troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents. * Communication and collaboration with stakeholders across departments and technology vendors as required by the project. **Requirements** Requirements * 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (3+ years with Vlocity Insurance). * Platform Developer II + OmniStudio Developer certifications (required). * Leadership of 2 or more end-to-end projects. * Experience with ETL and Data Loader. * Expert-level Apex (CDC, Streaming). * Advanced SLOC and Salesforce Shield/Security knowledge. * Middleware knowledge (MuleSoft), OAuth/JWT, and Bulk API. * Language skills will be considered an asset. **Additional Information** **Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Remote work modality. * Salary negotiable based on experience. **At Inetum, we value people and offer benefits that promote holistic well-being:** ✔ Partnerships and agreements with educational and healthcare institutions. ✔ Well-being and personal development activities. ✔ Emotional salary: beyond financial compensation, your quality of life matters to us.
