The Top Employers Institute has certified us as one of the best employers globally and regionally. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** SOCIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR **YOUR ROLE WILL BE:** To coordinate local-level social intervention programs or projects, consistent with Holcim (Colombia) S.A.'s Social Responsibility Policy. **YOUR KEY CHALLENGES WILL BE:** Lead and coordinate the strategic CSR lines defined within the CSR policy framework. Propose and develop actions for designing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring CSR & Sustainability projects in Water & Territory, Health & Well-being, Sustainable Housing, Social Entrepreneurship, Community Projects, and Volunteering — to fulfill commitments to communities and comply with Social Management Plans included in Environmental Licenses granted by national or regional environmental and mining authorities. Monitor program budgets to ensure data accuracy and program compliance. Apply Holcim Colombia S.A.'s Social Responsibility Policy guidelines and methodologies across all community-related activities in operational areas of influence. Implement community programs in areas of influence arising from grassroots development initiatives. Coordinate with the Legal Department to draft contracts according to the system established for this purpose. Comply with quality policies and H&S standards. Fulfill requirements and commitments outlined in Environmental Management Plans regarding the Social Management Plan and prepare reports required by environmental authorities. Other responsibilities derived from the Social Responsibility Policy. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** Professional degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related fields, with experience in developing and implementing social and environmental programs. Three (3) years of experience in roles associated with Social and Environmental Responsibility programs.
