We seek individuals with experience in leading commercial teams, a results-oriented mindset, and passion for customer service—individuals who can support comprehensive store management and contribute to achieving the brand’s business objectives. Main Responsibilities: \- Support daily store operations management and supervision. \- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve business targets. \- Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous feedback. \- Train and reinforce standards related to sales, customer service, and operations. \- Ensure achievement of store sales KPIs and budget targets. \- Supervise cash handling, cash counts, invoicing, and remittances. \- Safeguard inventory, keys, vouchers, and other resources assigned to the store. \- Coordinate merchandise receipt and conduct periodic inventory controls and audits. \- Ensure proper product assortment, display, organization, and cleanliness of the store. \- Prepare and assist in submitting commercial and operational reports. \- Verify correct implementation of promotions and brand guidelines. \- Provide personalized customer service and advice, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. \- Support activities assigned by Store Management and Retail Management. Employment Conditions: Salary: COP 1,829,000 + transportation allowance + statutory social benefits + company policy-based benefits. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with one rest day between Monday and Thursday and one Sunday off per month: Opening Shift: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Midday Shift: 10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Closing Shift: 12:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable based on performance. Possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term contract after one year. Location: Shopping malls in Medellín. Position Type: Full-time.
