Fosters an inclusive and growth-oriented work environment. **Team Leader** --------------- **About the Role** Lead, manage, and coordinate the proper execution of the assigned productive or maintenance process to ensure achievement of management indicators through continuous monitoring of activities, personnel, and resources. **What You’ll Do?** -------------- * Comply with and enforce safety and quality standards, procedures, and policies. * Ensure scheduling of shift personnel for each production line. * Ensure recording of staff attendance and report to GBS on established dates. * Responsible for activating the call chain when required by the process. * Lead by example in safety, eliminating root causes of unsafe conditions and/or unsafe behaviors. * Schedule vacation time for operational staff within the process. * Manage resources to optimally execute the daily directive applicable to your shift. * Responsible for ensuring timely completion of shift handover meetings and related reports. * Mobilize and accompany Root Cause Analysis (RCA) implementation during your shift. Responsible for auditing loss reports recorded in Plain and ensuring their correct categorization. * **What You Need?** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a field related to production.
