Job Summary: Single Tech Lead for four satellite applications, distributing work across teams, ensuring technical consistency, and acting as a bridge to cross-cutting layers. Key Highlights: 1. Distributes work among teams, ensures technical consistency across them, and acts as a bridge to cross-cutting and core layers. Mandatory skills: Java \+ Spring Boot, Spring Data; Node.js, TypeScript; OpenAPI, Kafka integration; AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway); prior experience with CQRS and Event Sourcing; JUnit and Mockito, unit testing practices; AWS proficiency for environment support and debugging; PostgreSQL; technical team management and leadership; ability to perform under pressure and soft skills to support the team; use of AI tools to assist development, testing, and documentation.
