A company specialized in the collection, transportation, and management of recyclable and hazardous waste is seeking a C2-licensed Driver to strengthen our operations team in Bogotá. What Are We Looking For? A responsible individual committed to service, detail-oriented, and possessing an excellent attitude for customer interaction. We seek someone with thorough knowledge of Bogotá’s city layout, who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of efficiently resolving on-route situations. Requirements * Valid C2 driver’s license. * Minimum 2 years’ experience driving cargo vehicles. * Excellent knowledge of Bogotá’s roads and localities. * Experience in customer service and support. * Proficiency in documentation handling and route compliance. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Prior experience in waste collection, transportation, or logistics is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Perform collection and transportation of recyclable and hazardous waste according to assigned routes. * Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols. * Maintain excellent relationships and provide high-quality service to customers during service delivery. * Ensure proper maintenance and care of the assigned vehicle. * Support documentation management related to collection operations. * Coordinate operational activities with the assigned collection assistant. * Promptly report mechanical, operational, or service-related incidents. Working Conditions Workplace: Northern Bogotá Salary: $2\.100\.000 \+ Legal Transportation Allowance Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract directly with the company Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.
