This role is responsible for guiding the team through the dynamic challenges of the business model, ensuring continuous evolution and strengthening of the channel ecosystem, while driving channel loyalty and development—fully aligned with global, regional, and local guidelines to ensure the business unit’s success. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Design and lead the commercial strategy within Ingram Micro, ensuring achievement of growth objectives. * Develop and execute regional business plans, jointly with the sales team, aimed at brand expansion and positioning. * Monitor and report to corporate on business unit forecast vs. budget results. * Lead and develop the sales and pre-sales teams, enhancing their capabilities and performance. * Define and implement processes and best practices to optimize team operations and results. * Deliver management reports to the executive team based on KPIs, within established timelines. * Efficiently manage resources allocated by the manufacturer, directing them toward pipeline generation and acceleration. **Requirements and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or related areas. * Minimum five (5) years of experience in Cloud solution sales within the technology sector, in B2B environments. * Minimum two (2) years of experience leading teams, with a focus on results and talent development. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher). * Solid knowledge of business financial management, with emphasis on profit tracking, ROI, and goal attainment. **What do we value?** * Focus on and generation of results. * Excellent interpersonal and commercial relationships. * Ability to execute end-to-end: from strategy to operational details.
