




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist in archival science to organize, classify, and manage documentary information, maintain records, and facilitate access to materials. Maintenance of classification indexes and labels RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Sort, classify, code, index, and digitize all information and archive materials according to guidelines related to content, purpose, user criteria, chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order, regulations, and technical procedures. \-Operate information capture systems and provide required documents. \-Maintain classified records, databases, and access lists for submitted and removed materials according to technical procedures. \-Provide information on archived materials according to technical procedures and regulations. \-Prepare and maintain indexes and identification labels for folder contents within classification systems. REQUIREMENTS: Academic level: Technician or technologist degree in archival science or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 6 years in positions related to archival management. SALARY CONDITIONS: Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation: Current Legal Minimum Wage \+ Extra-legal Mobility Allowance of $ 5\.500 per workday. Payroll payment: Biweekly. Contract type: Fixed-term contract, directly with the company.
