Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition, ensuring their orderliness and cleanliness. 3\. Conduct periodic inspections of tools, infrastructure, and green areas of the Institution (according to the schedule), reporting findings to the immediate supervisor for formulation of action plans. 4\. Support external service providers responsible for maintaining the Institution's equipment. 5\. Respond effectively and as promptly as possible to preventive and corrective maintenance requests. 6\. Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to develop work schedules that efficiently address the Institution's infrastructure and equipment maintenance needs.7\. Timely submit requests to the immediate supervisor for spare parts or maintenance supplies. 8\. Optimize consumables and materials used for maintenance tasks. 9\. Manage and execute the Institution's logistical support requests. 10\. Properly wear personal protective equipment and the Institutional uniform during working hours. 11\. Optimize cleaning supplies and equipment used in order and cleaning processes. 12\. Ensure proper use and condition of work equipment, requesting replacement when necessary. 13\.
