DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leader in sustainable infrastructure development, seeks an experienced **Geologist** to join our team. We are looking for a professional with a solid academic background in Civil Engineering, Geology, or Earth Sciences, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Geotechnics. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of demonstrable experience in geotechnical design and field campaigns for transportation infrastructure projects, including airport terminals, railway buildings, hospitals, logistics hubs, and large technical facilities. Prior experience of at least 1\-2 years in field geotechnical exploration campaigns will be especially valued. As a Geologist at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising geotechnical studies, ensuring the viability and safety of our projects. Your work will be fundamental to the success of large-scale initiatives, contributing your technical expertise and experience toward building resilient and efficient infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and supervision of geotechnical exploration campaigns. * Analysis and interpretation of field and laboratory data. * Preparation of detailed geotechnical reports. * Coordination of fieldwork teams and operational personnel. * Application of local regulations and international standards for geotechnical testing. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into infrastructure projects. * Use of specialized software for geotechnical modeling and analysis. * Contribution to BIM methodology implementation in infrastructure projects. * Risk management and resolution of technical issues on site. * Active participation in continuous improvement of Eosol Group’s processes and methodologies. **Essential Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or Earth Sciences. * Postgraduate degree in Geotechnics. * Over 8 years of experience in geotechnical design and field campaigns for transportation infrastructure (airport terminals, railway buildings, hospitals, logistics hubs, large technical facilities). * Minimum 1\-2 years of specific experience in field geotechnical exploration campaigns. * In-depth knowledge of local regulations and international standards for geotechnical testing. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, personnel, and tests across multiple campaign fronts. * Experience or knowledge of BIM methodology applied to infrastructure projects. * Advanced proficiency in geotechnical modeling software such as GeoStudio and PLAXIS, and design software such as AutoCAD. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Valued Competencies:** * Autonomy and decision-making capability. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead operational personnel. * Skill in managing and resolving complex problems. * Excellent communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives.
