At **Wiilog**, we seek an **Infrastructure and Technology Coordinator** with comprehensive experience in server administration, network management, cybersecurity, technical support, and technological continuity.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure, responding to incidents, managing vendors, and implementing controls and improvements to strengthen operations.
The profile is based on experience in data centers, virtualization, firewalls, backups, IP telephony, user support, ERP systems, databases, and process automation.
Main Responsibilities
* Administer physical and virtual servers and technological services.
* Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox.
* Manage networks, switches, VLANs, VPNs, IP addressing, and structured cabling.
* Configure and monitor firewalls, antivirus software, and cybersecurity controls.
* Execute and validate backup copies and recovery procedures.
* Manage users, permissions, email, licenses, and Active Directory.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
* Manage requests and incidents via the help desk.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and servers.
* Manage the inventory of equipment and technological assets.
* Support the administration of ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, or others.
* Perform database queries and generate reports.
* Develop automations to optimize internal processes.
* Administer IP telephony systems, CCTV, and communication tools.
* Identify vulnerabilities and establish action plans.
* Coordinate vendors, warranties, purchases, and technology renewals.
* Support business continuity and incident recovery plans.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum five years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or technology roles.
* Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
* Knowledge of networks, switches, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
* Proficiency with VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox, or similar platforms.
* Experience in first-, second-, and third-level technical support.
* Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
* Experience with SAP Business One, Odoo, or other ERP systems.
* Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and security tools.
* Experience in vendor and technology project management.
Recommended educational backgrounds include Systems Engineering, Software Development and Networking Technology, Systems Support, Automation, ISO 27001 Auditing, Linux, and Cybersecurity.
Desirable Knowledge
* AWS, Azure, or cloud services.
* Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, or MikroTik.
* Asterisk, Issabel, or IP telephony.
* Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
* Power BI, Crystal Reports, or reporting tools.
* Python, JavaScript, or process automation.
* ISO 27001 and ISO 9001\.
