Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Inspector to ensure that construction projects are executed in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements, while recording activities and non-conformities. Please note that only resumes meeting the stated requirements and accompanied by all required supporting documents (updated resume, academic certificates, work experience certificates, and ID copy at 150%) will be considered.* **Academic Qualifications:** * Academic background: Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics or Transportation or Civil Works, or certification as Inspector or Foreman for Roads or Railways **General Experience:** * Four (4) years as site assistant/engineering intern/Construction Inspector or site inspector, calculated from the date on which the Technical or Technologist degree or Railway Inspector/Foreman certification was legally obtained. To validate specific experience, at least one employment certificate demonstrating work experience as an inspector must be submitted. **Specific Experience:** * Certification as Technical or Technologist in Logistics, Transportation, or Civil Works, or certification as Inspector or Foreman for Roads or Railways. **We Offer:** * Contract type: Project-based or labor contract. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Work modality: On-site. * Salary: $2,322,000 + social benefits. * Location: Santa Marta, Magdalena **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise that construction activities are carried out in accordance with contractual terms and established technical specifications. * Report and record routine activities, as well as non-conformities identified against specifications during project execution. * Comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, and other assigned duties, ensuring proper development and correct execution of the project.
