Opportunities for growth and professional development **Join our team!** **Integrated Operations Coordinator** **City:** Bogotá – Normandía II Sector **Company:** Anker Logística \& Carga **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Work Modality:** On-site, Monday to Friday At Anker Logística \& Carga, we are seeking an **Integrated Operations Coordinator** to strengthen our operations department’s structure and ensure the proper execution of the company’s logistics processes. **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to various business units, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, monitoring shipments, managing operational incidents, and contributing to the achievement of departmental performance indicators—thereby maintaining high service and operational efficiency standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating and monitoring international logistics operations at freight forwarding agencies. * Knowledge of maritime, air, and land import/export processes. * Proficiency in foreign trade documentation. * Familiarity with management and operational control indicators. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor import and export operations. * Ensure compliance with the company’s operational procedures and policies. * Support various business units in managing operational requirements. * Continuously monitor shipments and transit times. * Manage operational incidents and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, international agents, and other stakeholders across the logistics chain. * Monitor and contribute to achieving the department’s management indicators. * Prepare operational monitoring reports and summaries. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Salary negotiable based on professional background. * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Employment with a company experiencing continuous growth within the logistics sector.
