As a Junior Customs Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting logistics and customs processes that ensure full compliance with current foreign trade regulations. You will assist in managing and controlling documentation for the import and export of goods, coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate operations and guarantee efficiency and legality at every stage. As a Junior Customs Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting logistics and customs processes that ensure full compliance with current foreign trade regulations. You will assist in managing and controlling documentation for the import and export of goods, coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate operations and guarantee efficiency and legality at every stage. Key Responsibilities Analyze and review customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures. Support the preparation and submission of customs declarations to the competent authorities. Collaborate in managing permits, certificates, and other requirements necessary for customs clearance. Monitor customs operations, identifying and reporting potential deviations or incidents. Maintain updated records and databases related to cargo traffic and their respective processes. Work closely with other departments and external providers to enable effective communication and resolve customs-related queries or issues. Participate in ongoing training to enhance understanding of customs and logistics regulations. Candidate Profile Technical or university education in International Trade, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Basic knowledge of customs legislation and international trade procedures. Analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing documents and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks under supervision. Desire to learn and develop professionally in the field of customs operations. Proficiency in using computer tools and basic knowledge of customs management systems.
