To ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards across our production plants, contributing to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems—guaranteeing safe products and processes aligned with current regulations. Medellín / Bello, Colombia **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards at production plants. Implement and strengthen quality and food safety management systems. Monitor KPIs, audits, and action plans related to continuous improvement. Train and support operational teams on quality and food safety topics. Promote a quality culture by collaborating cross-functionally across all operational areas. Train and support plant teams on food safety topics. Promote the strengthening of the quality culture within operations. Coordinate actions with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Logistics, and Human Resources departments. Identify improvement opportunities and propose changes that enhance production processes and the management system. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within food production plants. Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety management systems. Experience conducting audits and tracking action plans.
