Development of competencies in responsibility and organization. **General Information** **Position:** Motorized Staff (Motorized Courier) **Department:** Operations / Logistics **Immediate Supervisor:** Operations Coordinator or Logistics Supervisor **Contract Type:** As required by the company. **Salary:** Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLMV) \+ mobility allowance. **Position RequirementsAcademic Qualifications** * High school diploma (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum six (6\) months of experience as a motorized courier, delivery personnel, or similar roles. **Specific Requirements** * Valid driver's license, Category A2\. * Personal motorcycle in good condition. * Valid SOAT insurance. * Valid technical-mechanical inspection (where applicable). * Up-to-date motorcycle documentation. * Knowledge of city street nomenclature and routes. * Proficiency in mobile navigation applications (Google Maps, Waze, or others). **Competencies** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Honesty. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Organization. * Sense of urgency. * Commitment to road safety. **Position Conditions** * Working hours in accordance with current labor legislation. * Availability for travel during working hours. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. * Compliance with occupational safety and health protocols. **Performance Indicators** * Punctuality on assigned routes. * Number of incidents reported. * Customer satisfaction level. * Zero incidents due to traffic regulation violations.
