Position Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst with accounting and treasury knowledge to manage portfolios, perform reconciliations, and support accounting closings at a healthcare-sector company. A healthcare-sector company dedicated to the marketing, importation, and distribution of biomedical equipment, medical devices, and medical-surgical supplies is seeking a **Portfolio Analyst** with accounting and treasury expertise. **Required Profile:** **\-** Technician, technologist, or professional in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. **\-** Experience in portfolio management, bank reconciliations, collections, and customer service. **\-** Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. **\-** Organized, analytical, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform portfolio reconciliations with customers in coordination with the commercial department. \- Prepare cash receipts corresponding to payments made by customers. \- Confirm to the commercial department the receipt and application of payments. \- Conduct bank reconciliations. \- Accrue expenses for public utilities. \- Monitor and reconcile the company’s various credits. \- Prepare the monthly collection report and its cumulative total. \- Address and respond to customer inquiries regarding their portfolio status. \- Validate incoming payments for immediate payment to authorize goods dispatch. \- Support the Accountant in accounting closing activities and financial reconciliations. **And other assigned duties.** If you meet the profile and wish to join a continuously growing company within the healthcare sector, we invite you to apply through this channel or via email: gestionhumana@medcoresas.co Workplace: On-site employment
